The Alexander Technique Centre

We provide Alexander Technique lessons with Senior Teachers, for all levels.

We are open for lessons Mondays to Saturdays, 8 am – 6 pm, and until 9 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We are closed at Easter and Christmas and bank holidays.

Lessons are £45 and lasts 40 minutes.

The Technique is a simple, practical method and we aim to teach it with simplicity and clarity. We find the Alexander Technique fascinating and enjoyable, and aim to share this enthusiasm in our lessons. We believe that learning the Alexander Technique should be an inspiring – and fun – journey of self-discovery.
