“This workshop is designed for students training to teach the Alexander Technique. I have been working with these procedures since Walter Carrington taught them to us in 1970. In 2015 I self-published my book The Evolution of Movement which describes the basic Dart Procedures and how they relate to the Alexander Technique. You will learn (briefly) the background to the Procedures and then we will explore them. The workshop will be mainly experiential and there will be opportunity for questions. I still use aspects of these procedures every day in my teaching practice.”
