An introduction to the Alexander Technique and riding for existing riders.
For a group of between 4 and 8 people.
There will two Alexander Technique teachers and one riding instructor who is also an Alexander Technique teacher.
Each person will have 15 minutes with each AT teacher, and 15 minutes on the horse.
£45 per person.
