The Constructive Teaching Centre was founded by Walter Carrington in 1960 and continues to be run by Carrington trained teachers. We offer a unique individually oriented program for both new students as well as qualified teachers who wish to continue their professional development. As a STAT approved training course, our graduates set the standard for excellence in teaching the Alexander Technique around the world. Search our teacher finder to locate one in your area. The Constructive Teaching Centre is now run by the charity The Walter Carrington Educational Trust.
We have moved! We are now in our new home at 13 The Boulevard, Imperial Wharf, London SW6 2UB. Please come and visit us. It's been a long wait but a worthwhile one.
And we're running workshops for teachers at Imperial Wharf with Ruth Murray on various dates during the summer.
