Using Ourselves in Water

In this course the fundamental concepts of the Alexander Technique are the basis for an exploration of how we use ourselves in water. The course is taught by Colin Beattie, and it is open to all teachers and students of the Alexander Technique.

It will run for 10 weeks from 30th April to 9th July 2010. (No class week beginning 31st May.) Please email to register your interest.
